When will my order ship?

Orders are typically packed and shipped within 3–7 business days unless otherwise stated.

Where does MiraiRose ship?

At this time, MiraiRose ships within the United States only.

Do you accept returns?

Returns may not always be accepted because many items are handmade, small-batch, or carefully packed. If something arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

What if my package is delayed or lost?

Once a package is with the postal carrier, delivery timing is outside of MiraiRose’s control. Still, if something seems very delayed or wrong, please reach out kindly and we’ll try to help figure it out together.

Can I cancel my order?

If your order has not been packed or shipped yet, we may be able to cancel it. Please contact us as soon as possible.

Are colors always exact?

Colors may look slightly different depending on your screen, lighting, or print settings. Small differences are normal.

Are your items handmade?

MiraiRose is a media blog and creative shop. Some items may be handmade, small-batch, designed in-house, or carefully curated.
