A small-shop policy with care, patience, and fairness on both sides.

📦 Shipping

Orders are typically packed and shipped within 5–10 business days unless otherwise stated.

Because MiraiRose is a small independent shop, some orders may take a little extra time during busy shop updates, holidays, or high-volume periods.

Every order is packed carefully and thoughtfully before it is handed over to the postal carrier ♡

🇺🇸 Shipping Locations

At this time, MiraiRose currently ships within the United States only.

As the shop grows and I become more comfortable with shipping logistics, international shipping may become available in the future.

💌 Lost or Delayed Packages

Once a package has been handed to the postal carrier, delivery speed and handling are outside of MiraiRose's direct control.

That said, if your package appears significantly delayed, lost, or marked delivered incorrectly, please reach out kindly and we'll do our best to figure things out together.

Shipping issues can be frustrating for everyone involved, so MiraiRose asks for patience and kindness while the situation is reviewed.

↩ Returns & Refunds

Because many MiraiRose items may be handmade, small-batch, made-to-order, or carefully packed, returns may not always be accepted.

However, if there is a genuine issue with your order such as damage, an incorrect item, or a major delivery problem, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Photos may be requested for damaged packages so we can better understand what happened.

If a mistake was made on our end, we'll always try our best to make it right ♡

✨ Non-Returnable Situations

Some situations may not qualify for a return or refund, including:

  • Minor color differences between screens and printed items
  • Small handmade variations
  • Incorrect addresses entered at checkout
  • Packages delayed by postal carriers
  • Normal wear after use
  • Items damaged after delivery
